EM Locks (Electromagnetic Locks) are key components of secure access systems, consisting of an electromagnet and an armature plate. Typically, the electromagnet is mounted on the door frame while the armature plate is fixed on the door. When powered, the electromagnet attracts the armature plate, locking the door securely. With simple, frictionless operation and no moving parts, EM locks are reliable and low-maintenance. They are available in Fail-Safe configurations that unlock when power fails, and in Electric Dropbolt (Deadbolt) Locks for enhanced security. EM locks are suitable for frameless glass doors, wooden doors, and sliding doors.
Electric Strike Locks (Mortise Locks) operate via an electromechanical actuator connected to a swivel tongue. When powered, the actuator locks the tongue, preventing door movement. A mechanical plunger plunges into the strike mechanism to automatically secure the door. Available in Fail-Safe configurations, these locks are compatible with wooden, metal, or aluminum frame doors.
Our systems also feature No-Touch Exit Switches and Tactile Switches, providing OPEN & CLOSE indication with low-current operation (~50mA DC). These momentary switches with potential-free contacts (COM, NO / COM, NC) operate seamlessly with door feedback signals, enhancing convenience and safety for daily operations. Electronically operated IR switches offer touchless ON/OFF functionality with a fixed 2-second delay, improving hygiene and usability in controlled environments.
Aluminium extruded brackets provide sturdy mounting for EM locks and armature plates on narrow frames or frameless glass doors. Available in various shapes like L, Z, U, and combinations (ZUL, etc.), these brackets ensure proper alignment, stability, and reliable lock operation.
Manual Call Points (MCPs) are essential safety devices for emergency situations such as fires. Installed in strategic areas along escape routes, MCPs allow occupants to raise an alarm and alert others to evacuate safely. MCPs are connected to a central fire alarm panel and the door control system for instant action. Available models include Glass Break Switches, Pull Switches, and Resettable Types, allowing activation and easy reset after emergencies.
